On 25th of April 17 students from different schools around Paderborn visited our university as part of Girls' Day 2024 to get interesting insights into the jobs of women in Computer Science.
Emiram conducted a fun and interactive LEGO4Scrum workshop to simulate the different phases of project management, how to approach a complex task in a team, what coordination strategies exist, and how the entire process can be structured and carried out. The outcome was a great LEGO city!
In the afternoon, Patricia joined four other women from academia for a lively session chatting with the students about their journeys as women in Computer Science. It was like a thrilling speed dating event, buzzing with questions, stories, and shared experiences!
