Paul Kaufmann from the Computer Engineering Group and Jens
Förstner from the Theoretical Electrical Engineering Group have acquired
a grant from the Research Committee of the Paderborn University for
studying the Latency Insertion Method for real-time simulation of
electromagnetic transients in power grids.
